Hello and thank you for stopping by our site.
The name "Pacha Mama" is pronounced pretty much like it sounds. "PA-CHA MA-MA"
It is a Quechua word, A language that is spoken by some of the indigenous people of South America. 'Pacha'
means Earth, Infinity, the Divine and the Sacred.
Pacha Mama is therefore the Earth Mother, or the Divine in material form.
The vision for Pacha Mama Trading began to emerge shortly after the new Millennium. At that time I was
working at a corporate job that was no longer in alignment with my personality or my passion. I could
barely drag myself out of bed in the mornings and continue to show up for something that I had
absolutely no interest in. The trick was figuring out how to combine my talents with my passions and still
earn a salary. I had some ideas but could not fully visualize how to manifest such a reality. In February of
2003 I became pregnant with my first child. This magnified my long felt desire to make the planet a better
place than what it is. As a result, I began to have some clarity about how I wanted to spend my time and
energy manifesting a paycheck.
This website is a small representation of the Pacha Mama Vision.
Pacha Mama mission is to provide products and services that support the well being of our Mother Earth
and those who live on her. Providing quality products and outstanding customer service are also an
important part of the Pacha Mama vision. I am committed to making your shopping experience with us a good
one.
