Regular Orders inside of the USA are shipped Priority Mail via
USPS. Next day service is available for rush orders
Orders are shipped by the next business day.
Orders shipped within the United States should arrive within
5-7 days or 1-2 days for rush orders
Sales tax will be added to New York orders.
Returns and Exchanges within 30 Days Please
We know that you will be happy with your purchase.
However, if for some reason you need to return it please
note that all merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and in
its original packaging. Cosmetics, body products and Teas
must be unopened. However, if your item is defective or
damaged we will be happy to replace the item.
Please contact our return department at
mary@pachamamatrading.com within in 30 days of your
purchase to arrange any exchanges or returns. Please
include your reason for return and what you would like to do
i.e. credit or exchange. We will do our best to handle your
return/exchange as quickly as possible. All returns or
exchanges must be unused, and unwashed. Unfortunately
we cannot credit opened cosmetics or beauty products.
